The restaurant is open to the public for lunch service from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive and by reservation.

 

Open every Friday from 8pm to 1am for M. Restaurant Festif / Live Show Singer / Live Dj Set evenings.

❛❛ Since his early days in Toulouse, chef Valentin Néraudeau has established himself as one of the great names in French cuisine. Having trained alongside such prestigious chefs as Michel Guérard, Bernard Bach and the Pourcel brothers, he was able to make his mark very early on.

In 2006, he became the youngest chef in France, and was twice a finalist in the French dessert championship. The general public discovered him on France 3 with the programme ‘13 heures avec vous’, before he shone as a finalist in Top Chef in 2013, where his creativity left a lasting impression. Passionate about seasonal produce, he draws inspiration from Mediterranean flavours and regularly incorporates citrus fruits into his dishes to add a fresh, tangy touch.

Our Chef will be able to concoct traditional and varied dishes that are constantly renewed throughout the seasons.
